Support & Maintenance
Your website and systems stay secure, fast and available — we take care of it so you don’t have to think about it.
Start Your ProjectSoftware is not a one-off project — it needs regular security updates, performance monitoring and adjustments as needs change. An aging, unmaintained system sooner or later becomes a security risk and slows the business down.
We maintain both systems we built and those built by others. We offer clear maintenance plans with defined response times — from basic monitoring to 24/7 support for critical systems.

Frequently asked questions
Do you maintain websites and systems built by other developers?
Yes — we start with an audit to assess the system, then agree on a maintenance plan. A large share of the systems we maintain were not originally built by us.
How much does website maintenance cost?
The fee depends on system complexity and the response time you need — for a simple website it’s a small fixed monthly fee; for critical business systems with 24/7 support, proportionally more. We prepare a proposal after the audit.
What happens if the site goes down?
Our monitoring alerts us automatically, often before you notice. We respond within the agreed response time and restore service, using backups if needed.
Does maintenance include new feature development?
Small adjustments are usually covered by the plan; larger changes and new features are estimated and agreed separately — by the same team that already knows your system.
